Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Export Documentation Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing complete export documentation for our international jewelry shipments, coordinating with logistics partners like UPS/FedEx , and ensuring compliance with Indian Customs and Banking regulations for export clearance. Key Responsibilities: Prepare invoices, packing lists, shipping instructions , and other required export documents. Coordinate with UPS, FedEx , and other logistics providers to arrange pickups and deliveries. Handle online booking and tracking of international shipments. Ensure timely and accurate filing of documents required by Indian Customs (Bill of Entry, Shipping Bills, LUT, etc.).
